For the Mohawk Paper 2026 Packaging Collection we developed two fictional brands, each leveraging their own unique visual language to showcase what’s possible with Mohawk’s range of premium papers. Highlighting key packaging applications—folding board, rigid boxes, hang tags, and labels—while showing off special print techniques like embossing, foil stamping, and digital printing.
In order to express the wide range of packaging applications, the container is covered in an iconographic pattern, overlaid onto larger pantone illustrations that wrap both the top and bottom. Designed to add (or subtract) both future brand examples and Mohawk Swatchbooks, the container houses custom envelopes with each of the fictional brands.
Hartford, our bitters brand leans into foil stamping, embossing, and custom die cuts to feel at home in the world of wine & spirits. Our beauty brand, Sunsalt uses a slightly washed-out palette, loose illustrations, and a custom grit varnish to channel the visual language of a sun-soaked coastal vacation.
One thing that did not change from last year - this tool is all about inspiring bold, beautiful packaging solutions.
