HYBRID TEAM PORTRAITS    


While Hybrid’s office is physically in San Francisco, the actual crew is just about everywhere. So how do you represent your team in a cohesive way, without flying everyone in for a team photoshoot every year or so? Draw them, of course!

We worked to create 3 styles. Unified by a warm color palette, love for exaggerated proportions, and lighthearted approach to what makes all of us so unique in our individual interests.

One style is defined by a maximilast approach to patterns, colors, and included interests. Another creates simpler compositions and lets monoweight lines do the work. The last relies on oil paint textures and gets even weirder with those exaggerated forms.
